Training

Each session is 1 hour long. The first 5-10 minutes will include warm-up exercises followed by 45 minutes of resistance training, ending with a cool-down and stretching.

Our first appointment will be used to discuss your training goals, nutritional background, and medical history including an assessment test of your physical endurance, flexibility and BMI (Body Mass Index).
