Fruits
– Eating fruits like apples, mangoes, grapes, oranges, bananas, papaya, pomegranates, water melon, strawberries, blueberries, peach etc provides your body with simply carbohydrates in the form of fructose. These sugars are easy to digest and provide immediate energy to the body. Moreover, eating whole fruits ensures that you get the essential minerals and vitamins required to digest these sugars, and dietary fiber for the assimilation and excretion process.
Fruits are definitely the best carbs to eat simply because of the wholesome nutrition that they supply. Whenever possible, try to eat the fruits whole, instead of juicing them. Gulping down a glass of juice can cause a spike in your sugar levels, whereas eating a fruit will ensure that the sugars are released at a regulated level.

Brown Rice – A lot of processing goes into making brown rice into white rice, that’s reason why white rice is also called refined rice. Wisdom dictates that one consumes products that are as less processed as possible. Brown rice is healthier, and more nutritious, option as compared to white rice. People in Asian countries, whose staple diet was mostly white rice, are also converting to brown rice as they realize the health benefits of the latter.
The big advantage of brown rice is that it’s rich in dietary fiber, and is choke full of essential minerals and vitamins that refined white rice lacks badly. Brown rice may not have an appealing taste, neither does it look great, but it’s the best carb to eat for people who like to eat rice.

Sweet Potatoes – Vegetable are usually not dense in sugars, but sweet potatoes are an exception. These roots are thickly populated with simple and complex carbohydrates, and loaded with minerals, vitamins and dietary fibers – making them an ideal food to eat for carbs intake.
